A-Kuan Sichuan broad noodle is BaiJai’s major product this year, also the new kind of instant noodle that is specially created for the new generation and modern trend. A-Kuan Sichuan broad noodle was made with healthy and nutritional flour and clean water. Specially imported, the high advanced equipment makes the noodle dry and cooked well under high temperature. With this processing it avoids frying but still keeps the noodle chewy and tender. It really suits the new generation with how the instant noodle is kept both healthy and delicious. Moreover, the broad noodle is different from regular noodle. The noodle is wider and also a traditional food from Sichuan. The Broad noodle originated in ChongQing. The name was given because of the wider look. It also became a famous food item in Chengdu later. It seems like a simple dish, but the taste is very delicious. A bowl filled with delicious soup, layer of peas, noodle and green onion on top. The noodle tastes smooth and delicate, full of sweetness and taste.

A-Kuan Sichuan broad noodle was inherited through traditional making procedure, so that more people could taste that real authentic broad noodle.
