Wu Mu has specially produced this “Chow Mein” for Asian-American markets. Being an “all-purpose” noodle it allows for a variety of cooking, especially for people who think that cooking is a challenge. It is perfect for making noodle soup, stir-fry, or Shanghai-style slow cooked noodle, the options are endless. Even after a long duration of cooking, the noodle still keeps its savory, chewy and smooth texture. One may even add Alfredo or Spaghetti sauce, since it is pasta-like, only without the long duration of boiling.

1.   The size of noodle is about the same as “Wu Mu Sandong Ramen”, arc surface and tastes very chewy.

2.   The noodle is very suitable for cooking soup, stir fry, and even braised. The noodle taste chewier, and good for many different cooking styles.

3.   Add Alfredo or Spaghetti sauce, and it can be used as spaghetti noodle with even shorter cooking time than regular spaghetti.
