Asian-American markets. Being an “all-purpose” noodle it
allows for a variety of cooking, especially for people
who think that cooking is a challenge. It is perfect for
making noodle soup, stir-fry, or Shanghai-style slow
cooked noodle, the options are endless. Even after a
long duration of cooking, the noodle still keeps its
savory, chewy and smooth texture. One may even add
Alfredo or Spaghetti sauce, since it is pasta-like, only
without the long duration of boiling.
The size of noodle is about the same as “Wu Mu Sandong Ramen”,
arc surface and tastes very chewy.
