Dodo’s Seafood Treats,
Easy to Prep and Ready to Eat
Established since 1976, Dodo’s seafood treats comes to you from a manufacturer, Thong Siek Food Industry in Singapore, that prides itself with modern technology while maintaining the traditional mindset in the business industry. The company ran as a family production, literally out of their own backyard in the 70’s to what is now a 70,000 square foot factory, all because the family had a passion in making fish balls, which is their main feature in most if not all of their ready to eat meals. When making the fish balls or it’s alternate form, fish paste, the manufacturer has the goal in mind to produce the flavor as close in comparison as “Singapore Hawkers” (street vendors), without letting the process of mass production compromise its initial founded taste.
Here we are pleased to announce that we carry 5 of Dodo’s complete ready meals on hand. Four of the selections; rice noodle, rice vermicelli, rice pasta, or dry flat noodles comes accompanied with fish balls, whereas the coconut curry rice sticks is complemented with fish cakes. Unlike typical noodles in a bowl that are stacked in your dry grocery section, Dodo’s seafood treats are to be kept frozen, because of the actual fish balls/cakes that is contained in every bowl. The four noodle soup selections could be prepped in 3 easy steps, add boiling water, microwave for 4 minutes, stir and serve. As for the dry flat noodle bowl, little to no water needs to be added (based on your preference), add the included packet and microwave for 5 minutes before stirring and serving.
The product is aimed at giving consumers the convenience in having a meal other than just ramen noodles sans the meat. Made from actual fish meat, the soup base carries the natural taste of seafood, which brings you the authentic taste they wish to bring forth. With no MSG added, that’s another key selling point at why you should free up some shelf space in your frozen section for these 5 particular items. |
